| It is free to join DIY Realty and it costs just $169 per listing which remains active until the property or business sells. |
| How long does my property remain on the website for? |
| Your property or business listing will remain on the website until sold or withdrawn via your control panel. You decide. |
| Can I list more than one property or business? |
| Yes most definitely. You may list unlimited number of properties or businesses. A fee of $169 will still be payable on all properties listed. |
| Can I edit or change my listing? |
| Yes, you can edit and or change or add photos and videos at your convenience. |
| I am not very internet savvy, can you assist me with my listings? |
| Yes. Simply contact us via support and we will gladly assist! |
| Are there any extra cost or post sale fees? |
| No. The standard fee of $169 is the only fee, unless you purchase some of our optional services. Optional services include additional signage, feature listings and the option of listing on other real estate sites. |
| What if the property I am selling has a tenant? |
| If the property you are selling has a tenant, you have a legal requirement to let them know that you are selling. You can download the necessary forms from the Residential Tenancy Authority in your State.
